| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Hazard: i purchased an evenflo "on my way travel" system in june of 2001. the infant carrier was used for under 1 year. the harness latch box on the left, back of the infant carrier has completely detached "broken". causing great concern about the safety of the product. i contacted the manufacture evenflo; and they said the carrier was "fine" and that they do not guarantee the product after the 1-year warrantee. they said i can purchase a new harness for 16.99 but i reiterated that the harness is not the problem the latch box on the back is. |
