| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Cosco touriva 02-514 fsm with manufacturing date of 7/10/01. a brand new css found to have a defective release lever- locks in place. i also have a parent bring back a defective css along with the release lever that did not lock at all. now, i have found two more with defective release levers. i originally thought that the parents had used too much force to pull the harness tight; however, we found two touriva just out of the box defective, currently filing report. *la |
