| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Received manufacturer's recall # 058 concerning front lower control arm: vehicle was taken to the dealer. dealer inspected the vehicle , and despite a crack along the lower control arm, the only action was to spray a rust retardant on the lower control arm. the vehicle was taken to a certified mechanic, who informed the consumer that the recall work was not completed on the vehicle. the dealer claimed that recall repairs were done and that they were no longer obligated to do work for free. the manufacturer had been notified of the problem.*ak |
