| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We purchased a peg perego car seat (primo viaggio). the car seat base was found to be defective at a car seat check place at miami children's hospital. the base has two plastic pieces that hold the car seat belt. these two pieces easily popped out of the seat. the car safety specialist informed us that this was a manufacturer's defect. we checked other bases at a baby store and found that other ones did not have this defect. we contacted peg perego. they are sending us a new base. *la |
