| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When accelerating from a complete stop, as soon as auto transmission shifts to 1st gear at 30 mph, i experience such a violent, hard jerk that it is actually seen by people in other vehicles. this jerk creates a loud mechanical noise also that can be heard by people not in the car with me. this same jerking is experienced when decreasing speed to come to a stop, at approximately 15 miles per hour when transmission is shifting down. this problem has just started, i only have 29600 miles vehicle. this problem does not happen every time i drive the vehicle. honda could not duplicate problem, therefore did nothing. it scares me, and my child because it is such a jolting violent movement. *la |
