Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On the alpha omega carseat by cosco, it is not a safe booster seat. when you thread the car's seat belt through the notches that guide the seat belt across the child's chest, the notches do not allow the seat belt to retract back should the child lean forward. there are a large number of car seats that turn into booster seats that have this problem. consumer reports is aware of this problem and they advise against using these convertible car seats as a booster seat. this needs to be fixed. luckily my child was not injured because i found the problem before it was too late but i don't want others hurt because they are unaware of this problem. *la |
