| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While merging onto a freeway, couldn't get over 2,000 rpm and thus couldn't get enough speed to merge on at over 25mph. vehicle stalled several times while trying to get off the freeway. new vehicle has 10812 miles. ford maintenance dept stated they couldn't find anything wrong, it ran fine for them. my husband went to pick up the vehicle and in drive it ran, in neutral couldn't get more than 2,000 rpm, mechanic said it was the governor, needless to say, my husband said fix the car. they still have my truck.*ak |
