| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The positive post broke off the delco battery which came with the vehicle when it was purchased new from the dealership. the dealership which sold the vehicle refused to honor the warranty which came with the battery when the vehicle was sold.*ak the consumer told chevrolet that battery acid was leaking and it was a safety issue, and the battery clearly states that it has a six year warranty and general motors should uphold that coverage. *cb *jb |
