Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: When driving and braking under any conditions brake pedal pulsates which results in extended stopping distance. *ak factory defective pads, calipers, and rotors caused excessive vibration, shudder and pulsation while braking. chrysler issued a tsb with a replacement kit no better than the oem. consumer was forced to order aftermarket brakes and pads to correct the problem. consumer filed suit against chrysler. *ph
