| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On september 17, 2003, i had a firestone steeltex radial r4s on the right rear of my 2000 ford f-350 separate on interstate 10 in south mississippi. firestone did not replace or pay for replacement of s tire in violation of there product warranty. after further inspection, i was advised by a goodyear tire dealer that i should replace all four tires and have done so. *ak |
