| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: There are active recalls on the functionality of the windshield wipers on 1994+ chevrolets (nhtsa 03v159000 and nhtsa 98v150001 specifically), but when i attempted to get mine serviced free, i was told i needed to have the card. i called the chevrolet number on your page, and they stated they don't have to recall simply because it's listed on your site, and they are not affiliated with you in any way, and they would not repair the defect. what resolution do i have? i had to pay $100.23 to have the car wipers fixed (the same soldering on the same board that is defective) and the car returned to me?. *ak |
