| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: October 15, 2003 wipers working intermittent. november 3, 2003 wipers not working at all. located recall information on the dot web site and contacted local dealership. was told that the last 8 digits of my vin indicated it was not included in the recall. i contacted chevrolet at the 800 number and was told the same thing. also told that due to high mileage (143k) it probably would not be covered anyway; however, i should keep a copy of the repair receipts in the event it might be covered in the future.*ak |
