| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Garden parking gara age - license 1140965 phone 212-947-4098. no summary listed that includes components. *ak address - 386 eighth ave. new york, new york 10001 on the rush hour evening of nov. 10th, the parking garage manager was backing a car into the open lot of the parking garage and practically injured 2 pedestrians waliking past on the way to pennsylvania train station at approximately 5:30 p.m. the parking manager was told that he almost hit two persons and he replied that they should "look where they are going." he also said "too bad" i'm just doing my job." the police were notified with a 911 emergency phone call and the police arrived and explained to the garage attendant that "pedestrians always have the right of way by law" obviously, this garage does not honor this law. please investigate this incident, as i am certain that this is not the first occurence. sincerely, ms. carter |
