| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The cloth that goes over the seat shell comes easily disconnected from the top of the seat. this is where the seat belt hooks through to keep it off of the child's neck. when the cloth slips off the seat, the belt comes across the child's neck. there are two very small plastic clips that hold the cloth to the seat and these come off when the seat belt it tightened, and would easily come dislodged in any sort of accident. *la |
