| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have not yet had an accident but i do not understand how this problem has not been resolved. i own a 2003 infiniti fx-35. the seat has a rocking motion to it. it rocks back and forth when i accelerate and brake. the dealership said this is a problem they are researching. after 7.5 months i am convinced they are just blowing me off. i continually contact the dealership and customer relations. i don't feel confident that the seat would provide the necessary protection if i were to ever crash the vehicle. thank you for your assistance in this matter. |
