| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The rear seat has no passenger head rest which, in the event of a collision from the front or the rear will allow the unrestrained heads of passengers to strike the rear window which will result in an injury that may have otherwise been prevented if headrests had been installed. ford recognized this problem but that is after a number of early release models were already in the marketplace. i recommend that a recall be put in place to have the seats retrofitted with headrests. *la |
