| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Ball joint boot failure after only 3 years. the boot is deteriorated to the point that is completely torn through. talked to service tech and he said that was very common. there is also no place to grease the ball joints and they show great wear which is very premature for the age of the vehicle. ball joint failure is eminent and will cause injury or loss of life if not corrected. *la |
