| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I filed a complaint several months ago about the cosco voyager with model number 02-452-wal. i never heard what come of my complaint. my complaint was about the shoulder belt positioner. you place the shoulder belt in the positoner to keep the belt off you child neck. well when you put the shoulder belt in the positioner and your child moves the positioner keeps the shoulder belt from retracting like it's suppose to, causing the belt to remain loose instead of retracting like the seatbelt does. i tried it in different cars the results are the same will i hear something about the results? *la |
