| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: One of the rear shoulder harnesses is no longer attached under the seat. i had been using it to secure my 5yr olds booster seat. when i turned a corner onto a busy street his carseat slid across the seat and he hit his face on the rear of the front seat. i contacted the dealer as soon as i got home and was told that this wasn't considered a safety concern because it wasn't the driver's seatbelt! spoke with service person named ken.*ak |
