| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving consumer heard a noise coming from outside of the vehicle. driver pulled over to inspect the vehicle, when without warning ,the vehicle rolled backwards on a slight declining ramp. consumer was able to jump in to the vehicle to stop it from rolling. consumer stated that the hydraulic pump failed. *ak upon further inspection of the pump the consumer found the fluid contaminated with water and road silt due to a deformed plastic fluid reservoir. the consumer has the old part in his possession. *nm |
