| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Problems with u-haul trucks safety / maintenance.*mr the consumer rented the truck for a ten hour trip. when the consumer attempted to turn on the a/c no cold air came out of the vents because there was no coolant in the system. on hour later the power steering belt broke. the vehicle had no brake lights or signal lights on the driver's side. during another trip the rental trucks windshield leaked water onto the dash. the consumer believes these truck should be serviced regularly prior to giving them to a consumer for use. *nlm |
