| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While waiting at a stop sign,the vehicle started to accelerate. the unexpected occurrence of acceleration caused the consumer to lose control of vehicle and rear ended the vehicle in front. after checking vehicles, the consumer returned to the vehicle and noticed the cruise control light was on when it was never engaged. the manufacturer and the dealer were aware of the problem. *jb there was a snow condition at the time of the incident and the vehicle was unable to stop as it slid and the antilock brakes pulsated due to the sliding action. *sc |
