| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The rear brackets on the driver's power seat adjuster assembly completely broke. the whole seat now pivots forward on the front brackets. we brought it to the attention of our local gm service center and were told it would cost nearly $900 to repair. we feel this is a safety issue and would like your help in identifying the history of this type of failure. what steps should be taken with the manufacturer to have them repair this at their expense?*ak |
