| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was told today that the rotors have to be turned and the brakes replaced..this is now the second time this has been done...one time it was done on a "in shop repair order, not sent to gm" when i questioned why it was not being sent to gm i was told if they send it to gm then i have to pay for the brake job. there have been several other in house repairs corrections made. when i inquired to the general manager he said that's the way it is done so they get their money. *nlm |
