| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The passenger side climate control would receive an improper voltage reading. the system would turn to its preset default settings. (on full heat) it was then necessary to stop the vehicle, turn off the ignition system. this will allow the climate control system to reset its self. this happened only one time per day. (not always at the start of the day.) troubleshooting this system was a time consuming process. (5 trips to the shop just for this) to fix this the passenger side climate control system was replaced. (this required 4 days) total time to troubleshoot and repair was 4 weeks.*ak |
