Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have had my airbag light come on for the second time now. after taking it to the dealer, it took them two times to figure out that there was a problem in the driver's seat belt buckle. this was only after i was told that it couldn't be looked at until the light was on. about six months later, the same thing was happening. i took it in to be looked at when i had the power steering cooling hoses replaced, and was told that the seat belt tensioner in the driver's seat belt needed to be replaced. over a month has now passed, and i still have not been contacted to bring my van in to have my part replaced, since the dealer had to order it. i have had several quality issues as well ranging from interior components breaking or not being installed correctly, to the overall design of this van. not to mention, the vehicle isn't even two years old, and it is not even worth half of the price i paid for it, according to the kelly blue book value. once i get this vehicle sold or traded in, i'm never buying a chrysler product again. *ak
