| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Windshield wipers sometimes work, sometimes don't. took the vehicle to jon lancaster chevrolet in madison, wi to have the windshield wiper module (circuit board) replaced and they would not authorize the free replacement. said that the vehicle had over 70,000 miles on it and thus was exempt from the recall deal. this is not right, the problem just about killed me when the wipers wouldn't work during a heavy rain fall event while driving on interstate 90/94. they know about this problem but won't pay to have it fixed.*ak |
