| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When switching from high beams to low beams i lost my headlights - and this is apparently a very big problem with these vehicles. this is a huge safety problem. i have to quickly switch back and forth many many times to regain my lights. as i understand this is the multi-function switch in the steering column...this is a 2001 dodge 2500 4x4, quad cab, diesel pickup. i belong to a website for these trucks and it is a common complaint!*ak |
