Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1999 plymouth grand voyager. vin [xxx]. the subject vehicle has had a failure of the clock spring mechanism (according to the dealer). this has resulted in the failure of the air bag deployment (along with cruise control and horn). chrysler has admitted this problem exists (via recall) with 1996-1998 vehicles but will not fix 1999 vehicles. your web site exhibits numerous instance of this failure on 1999 vehicles. how do i go about getting a known problem with this failure to be acknowledged and fixed by chrysler? i consider this a serious safety issue that should be taken care of by chrysler regardless of auto mileage.*ak information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr |
