Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have a britax super elite carseat. while lossening the straps to get my child in, the left side strap came off the brass holder and came through the slits in the seat, coming off entirely. additionally, these straps which are new (from a recent recall) are already frayed. my carseats are professionally installed by debra baer, the maryland expert and she suggested i contact you. when i called britax with this information they were not helpful at all and said it was probably a user error. they weren't even interested in taking a look at the seat,.
