| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am a certified instructor in cps (i001572). complaint is about the harness strap tensioner seems loose. mother complained that the metal flap that provides tension to the harness straps seems loose and rattles. i pulled on harness to see if it was tight and it does hold with my pull. concerned for when there is a crash. please note problem and investigate if neccessary. evenflo tribute model number 3792098p1 manufactured on 07aug03. thank you. klm |
