| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Was driving on a heavily congested road, while making a left hand turn, the power steering on my 2001 buick park avenue went out. almost hit a vehicle as i had a difficult time maneuvering the car. took the vehicle to the nearest gm service dealership. they found the power steering pump to be bad and marked the vehicle as "unsafe to drive." the car is currently at a different gm dealer that services buick was waiting to be fixed. *ak |
