| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Own a 1994 chevrolet suburban, windshield wipers failed due to circuit board and ntsb identified in ntsb #03v159000. chevy would not honor said my s/n on vehcile was 3,000 units short of recall. mechanic said exact same problems found in all 94's. total cost was 110.00 all chevy would say was sorry, seem like that particular part was used in all 94 and it should be covered for safety reasons. was never notifed of a problem and they went out on us 95 at night in a rain storm. recall did not cover all problem vehicles. *ak |
