Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The head gasket blew and my engine overheated creating a large smoke cloud behing car endangering other drivers and myself due to poor visibility. i check a ford recalls website and it says the head gasket has a 7yr or 100,000 mile warranty for the 3.8l engine. i call my dealership and they tell me that campaign ended in 2001 and even if it was still active my car according to vin number wouldn't even qualify. i think i'm getting screwed here. i am mad and i feel i'm getting the run-around, and i want some answers from somebody. i have been a huge ford fan and if they dont fix this for me i mgiht consider going to chevrolet. |
