| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving 35 mph, the consumer rounded a corner near a hidden stop light. another vehicle was at the stop light and the consumer collided with the vehicle. the left front of the vehicle hit the right rear of the other motorist. the air bags never deployed after the collision. there were no injuries involved with the collision. the police did arrive on the scene, but no one was cited. the dealer was aware of the problem, but the manufacturer was not. *jb while driving at 40 mph consumer rear ended a vehicle that was stopped at a stop light. the air bag equipment did not deploy. vehicle suffered undercarriage damage when the consumer tried to miss the other vehicle by trying to jump the curb.*mr |
