Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Chrysler minivan clockspring defect airbag light stays on possibly loosing electrical connection. in fact, on 12/28/03 i was involved in a rear impact car accident and airbag did not deploy, despite the fact that my rear door and bumper had to be replaced at my local chrysler dealership. i was informed that i was responsible to repair the clockspring. thankfully, the impact was in the rear where no one was sitting. had the impact been to the sides, where my grandchildren were sitting, or to the front, i shudder to think of the consequences. *la |
