| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Window regulator on all windows of the 1997 pontiac grand prix i have 3 windows with the window regulators out right now. i replaced the rear driver side, and it went out again less than 3 months later. also i have a board in the driver side door to hold the window up until it's fixed, when i took the door paneling off to put the board in, i discovered that the driver side window front window regulator had been previously replaced also. i contacted pontiac, they did nothing, but told me my vehicle was used. i explained to them that to my knowledge the window regulator on this car has gone out 5 times, which is not a coincidence, it looks to be to be a defective part. please investigate, thanks, marisa crouch. *ak |
