Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On several occasions, i noticed the seatbelt holding my son's carseat in place had come unlatched. to the best of my knowledge, nothing was done to cause it to open. i own a 2000 plymouth grand voyager and recently read that apparently, this is a problem with my vehicle and its generation 3 seatbelts. i contacted a dealer this morning to request replacement of the 7 seatbelts and was told they don't do that. i was asked if there was a problem with them and i mentioned that they had spontaneously unlatched and that i'd been reading of problems with that type of seatbelt. i was then told that that was a legal issue and i needed to contact the corporate office, which i will do this afternoon. *ak |
