| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2000 gmc jimmy has defective seat recliners, the cost of this to repair is exactly $350, i have taken the vehicle back to the dealership and they have told me that there is nothing that they can do to fix the case, i have talked to several people that own these vehicles including the chevy blazer and this is a common problem, nine times out of ten they break, my father has been in the industrial industry and has informed me that they used cheap metal in making these, what i need to know is what can i do, i purchased this vehicle and all the great warranties that they sell and now my great warranties are worthless, please help direct me to someone who can help, also am i entitled to getting money back for worthless warrantie that they sold me.*ak |
