| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 chrysler concorde with a blown engine due to sludge and no help what so ever from daimler chrysler. left with 2 years to pay and a car that doesn't run. the car has 48,000 miles and is still under warranty and chrysler is refusing help to settle the incident. chrysler is stating that the sludge in the engine is due to lack of maintenance by me which is not true. from what research i have done it seems that these engines are known for this problem and chrysler is doing nothing to fix it or help it. there was no warning, no lights just a car dead in the middle of the street. someone needs to take responsibility!!! *la |
