| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When the truck starts it sounds like a diesel- for about 10 min max- this only happens in the am or after a long sit at work (ie.6+ hrs) we were told by the dealer that its normal and that there is a tech bulletin on it- my father in laws truck (1500) doesn't make this noise and it is the same year as mine. also the new trucks do not make this noise-- i do think that something is going on and that the dealer or manufacturer doesn't want to fix it since its a shame- going to lose more than one faithful chevy consumer. *jb |
