| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer was informed by the dealership that mircowave wasn't on the recall list upon bringing it in to have the circuit short recall 03e04400 repairs performed. consumer then called the manufacturer, who indicated that it was on the recall list, and informed the consumer that they would send him the recall part. upon receiving the recall part consumer took the mircowave and the part to another dealership, who informed the consumer that the wrong part was sent. dealership ordered the correct part . *ak |
