| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My daughter bruises on her spine and bottom when sitting in her car seat for more than 20 minutes. i have reported the problem to the manufacturer, who has offered a refund, and i will take them up on it. the seat, an evenflo chase lx, has holes in the padding where the seat is bolted to the base. those holes are the cause of the bruising. the belt pass-through on the back of the seat has kind of a sharp edge and that is where the bruising occurs on her back. *ak |
