| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The cable on one side of my chevrolet pickup gate broke causing the gate to fall onto the bumper. after purchasing a new pair of cables from the dealer i noticed that the gate was not properly aligned causing the weight of the gate to be placed all on one cable. i alerted the dealership to this problem which they looked at and suggested that i could make some adjustments to the tailgate to fix the problem. i tried to make an adjustment but could not get any movement in the tailgate so i am still driving with the problem.*ak |
