Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My vehicle has the same issue noted in recall#02v293000 which is the clock spring failure causing the air bag light to remain illuminated, the horn/air bag and cruise control to be unoperable. the chrysler dealer will not fix under warranty as the recall is for plymouth grand voyager up to model year 1998. i do not understand why the recall does not extend to the 1999 models as the same issue is apparent as reported by several consumers on this site and i'm sure it has not been reported by even more. i consider this a serious safety issue that should be taken seriously by chrysler and recalled regardless of year/mileage.*ak |
