| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On 03/07/04 my daughter was involved in a car accident. a child was in a car seat made by graco- serial#8432-blk- model-2003-06-07-m. the left restraining strap on the car seat came completely out of the slot from the back of the seat and was laying on the front of the seat. the child was only strapped in by the right shoulder strap and the latch in the middle. i have reported this to graco. they refuse to replace the seat and my daughter's insurance company will not either since she did not have collision on the vehicle. i do not trust the safety of the seat since this has occured. if you can be of any help to get a replacement through graco please let me know. in any case i felt this should be reported to the proper authorities in case of additonal complaints. thank you. *ak |
