| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving 45 mph consumer swerved to avoid rear ending another vehicle, and hit a phone pole dead center. upon impact, only the passenger's side air bag deployed. the passenger side air bag was reinstalled by the dealership. also while driving at 45 mph consumer swerved to avoid hitting a motorist who pulled in front of him. . consumer's vehicle hit the other vehicle on the front driver's side. upon impact, air bags failed to deploy. after inspecting the vehicle dealership indicated that the sensor was showing that driver side air bag deployed.*ak |
