| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The front end was "loose". the dealer said the problem was the jacks were located in front of the wheels and this put a lot of pressure on the connection of the chasis to the motor home. the backet holding the unit together had spot welds broken and was bent. the mechanic said he had fixed 15 or 20 units with this problem. the unit was out of warantee but they fixed it for nothing. i believe this is a defect about which i should have been notified by the manufacture. later models have been corrected, the jacks are mounted behind the wheels. |
