| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: With a simple push of the brakes, consumer spun out twice hitting a tree the second time. *ph soon after the accident, the consumer received a campaign notice in the mail. the consumer requested a refund for the car rental and deductible, however the manufacturer stated the abs, coil integrated module replacement was a safety improvement campaign, which was an improvement to the abs , the recall did not address or infer there was a defect, since the abs in the vehicle at the time of the accident met all standards. the consumer received two letters. the first letter stated an accident could occur and the second letter stated the campaign notice was an upgrade. *jb |
