| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2001 chevy venture without power doors. a 10 year old child attempted to open the rear passenger side sliding door, when it completely came off of the tracks, pulling the brackets out of the vehicles roof. the door fell on the childs left foot, cutting off her big toe. children's hospial had to reattach the bone where it was split in two and then reattach her toe. |
